Payment Policy

  • Payments: All registration fees are due and payable with registration.
  • Methods of Payment: All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment may be made either by check or money order (in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank), or by credit card.
  • Late Fees: 15% is added after May 31, 2003.
  • Students must provide a photocopy of a valid student ID from their college, high school, or university, and a photocopy of their receipt for student fees.
     

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation requests postmarked or e-mailed by April 30, 2003, will receive a total refund. If the total due has been paid, written cancellation requests postmarked or e-mailed May 1-15, 2003, will receive a 75% refund; May 16-31, 2003, 50% refund; June 1-15, 2003, 25% refund; after June 15, 2003, no refund.
