Meals
There are many restaurants near the conference facilities, including two on-site restaurants and a Starbucks vendor. For
those who wish to attend planned meals with other participating conference guests, we have arranged two optional dinner
banquets, plus a barbecue lunch during the Independence Day Celebration on July 4.

(Note: The ARI Presentation, the Academic
Panel and the ARI Open House are all free and do not require advance registration.)

Optional Courses
Our optional courses are available in both Session 1 and Session 2, so attendees can maximize the number of courses they plan
to attend. Optional courses are letter-coded (A–D; see Course Schedule in chart on page 14) by daily time slot and
duration. For instance, "A" courses meet three times during each session for a total of four and a half hours of class time.
Remember that you can only select one A–D course each session, so if you want to attend two "A" courses, for example,
you must attend one in each session.
